1.
DEFINITIONS
1.1
"Buyer" means the individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the
Goods from the Seller;
1.2
"Seller" means The Bridal Shop.es, Calle Olivo13, Santa Elena, 03680
Aspe, Alicante, Spain.
1.3
"Contract" means the contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale
and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions;
1.4
"Consumer" shall have the meaning as described in law.
1.5
"Goods" means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;
1.6
"Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in
this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the
Seller.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
2.1 The
total purchase price, including Taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be
displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
2.2
Payment of the Price including delivery charges must be made in full before
dispatch of the Goods.
2.3 The
Price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Seller's website. The
Price is inclusive of Taxes. The
prices
excludes delivery charges and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details,
description and price for the Goods.
3. ORDERING
3.1
When making an order through the Website, the technical steps the Buyer
needs to take to complete the order process are described in FAQ section.
3.2 All
orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase
Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance
by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
4. DELIVERY AND RETURNS OF GOODS

5. CONDITIONS
5.1
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of
Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other
documentation or communication from the Buyer.
5.2
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer's statutory
rights as a Consumer.
5.3 Any
variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and
conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed
in writing by the Seller.
5.4
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of
the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. RIGHTS OF SELLER
6.1 The
Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from
the Website or for refusing to process an order.
6.2 The
Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any
time.
6.3 The
Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item
on the Website at its discretion.
7. WARRANTY
The
Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to
the description given by the Seller.
8. AGE OF CONSENT
8.1
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer will
be asked when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate
legal age to purchase the Goods.
8.2 If
the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain
Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without
notice.
9 .The Bridal Shop endeavours to maintain the service as being free from
defects but is not responsible or liable for any consequential loss or
damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise) for any errors or omissions
within the service. The Bridal Shop retains the right to make changes to
content without prior notice.
10. You
may use the Services on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You
may make a single copy of the individual screens you see when you use the
Services, but only for your personal use. You cannot distribute or transfer
the copies to others in exchange for money or other consideration. You may
not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license,
create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or
services obtained from the Services, except as set forth below. This means
that you may not mirror the home page or results pages of the Site on your
own web site or web page.

ANY OTHER of The Bridal Shop PROPERTY EXCEPT AS WE INDICATE IN THESE TERMS.

Bridal Shop expressly prohibits the dissemination of this information by any
person or organisation accessing this site to any third party (for profit or
otherwise) or any other commercial exploitation by any such user.
13 .The
Bridal Shop has no control and can provide no guarantee as to the accuracy
or quality of the information of sites linked to. As such The Bridal Shop in
no way endorses the information contained therein or acts as an agent for
the operators of the sites or bears responsibility or liability for the use
or effect of the content of those sites or bears any liability for purchases
of goods or services from those sites.
14. Any
The Bridal Shop supporting page and any other information services we may
add, are provided strictly on the basis that it is for the personal use only
of visitors to the The Bridal Shop site.
15. Use
of this material is at the sole risk of the user and neither The Bridal Shop
nor its information providers gives any warranty that the supply of
information is uninterrupted or accurate.
16. You
agree to indemnify and hold The Bridal Shop and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners, and employees,
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services,
your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your
violation of any rights of another.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Spain without regard to conflict of laws principles. These Terms as
amended from time to time, set forth the entire understanding between you
and The Bridal Shop and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous
agreements or understandings between you and The Bridal Shop, whether oral
or written, as to the subject matter of these Terms. If any provision of
these Terms or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall
to any extent be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these
Terms, or the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances as
to which it is not held to be invalid or unenforceable, shall not be
affected thereby, and each provision shall be valid and be enforced to the
fullest extent permitted by law. You hereby consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of courts in Spain regarding any and all disputes
relating to these Terms, your use of the Site or the Services. No waiver of
these Terms will be valid, except in the event that the waiver is in writing
and signed by an officer of The Bridal Shop.

trademarks referred to on this site are acknowledged as the property of
their respective owners.
